Starter - Four week training regimen, visual instructions, nutrition coaching, and weekly status check-ins. ($199 per month)
Advanced - Everything included with Starter package plus 2 virtual meetings (bi-weekly 30 minutes) ($299 per month)
Premium - Everything included with Starter Package plus 4 virtual meetings (weekly 30 minutes) ($399 per month)
